A staple up here


Bannock is a big staple up here, another one I do is biscuits or scones.

It's been awhile since I've made some of my bread stuff, so next grocery run I'll get some whole wheat and white flour

To show a place for me

 Being back in the classroom was the tonic I needed. I am back in my element of ESL teaching and I forgot how fullfilled I feel everyday that I help young learners to get to their potential. A major factor that I'm working on with my students is their reading and writing abilities as they are both very low in this area. A major factor is just motivating the students to learning and seeing the spark of achievement I show them just by helping them or showing them that they can actually do it.
